YouTube.com
YouTube has to be one of the worst offenders we've come across. While most companies that get labeled as an aggressive Corporate Sex Offender usually have some sort of namby-pamby response... you know, "free speech" or they compare child-rape advocates to say, those who advocate smoking... YouTube has a very ingenious response.
None.
Repeated requests for comment have yielded nothing. Of course, there's not much a company can say when they're swamped with pedophiles and they don't wish to do anything about it. YouTube is an especially disturbing case because of how popular it is with teens. Not to mention the fact that due to teens posting videos of themselves, pedophiles can pick and choose their targets in a more efficient manner.
Of course, we can write and write and write... but nothing gets the point across like some vivid and large screenshots of just how pedophiles use YouTube, how brazen they are and how entrenched they have become on the service.
Example #1: James Knight aka AlbertRoss
James Knight of Canada is on YouTube as JamesKnight1962. He is a pedophile, a maniac really, that posts unhinged long-winded pedophile video screeds and rants. He molested a ten year old girl and currently is trying to find a single mother to stay with who has a young daughter. Knight on YouTube goes on lengthy crazy rants, the likes of which we will spare you.

As you can tell on the screenshot, he seems particularly interested in using YouTube to obsessively view "America's Got Talent" contestant Bianca Ryan. We're quite sure that's not what YouTube originally imagined their service being used for, but they seem to have no quarrel thus far with pedophiles on their services. Knight self-identifies in various ways on his account page as a pedophile and even references it in most of the titles of his videos. Given that YouTube screens all videos for content, it appears that while a uncovered boob would be considered indecent and rejected... a crazed pedophile living in some sort of shanty going on about how he wants to have sex with children is... not?
Example #2: Viamund aka Viamund_the_Rake
Another Canadian pedophile, Viamund is one of the most disturbing and dangerous of the pedophile activists. He also sells a book of "boy-love vampyre" poetry via Amazon.com and is a member of NAMBLA. So of course, this is who you want your kids being around when they post videos to YouTube... right?

Viamund joined in September of 2006, a few months shy of a year of this original filing. His favorite videos are all of, of course, little boys. Most of his "favorite" videos are of Louis-Alexander Désiré, a young male who sings opera along with a couple other small boys who play music. For pedophiles, YouTube is their playground... able to bookmark and store their favorite videos of children for later viewing all while YouTube hums along with their huge cash buyout from good ol' "Do No Evil" sloganeering Google.
Example #3: SilentwarGL aka My Silent War
While Google-owned Blogspot has already deleted the hell out of Silent War's long-running blog there due to pressure, Google-owned YouTube has not. Silent War has also been a member of YouTube since September of 2006. He's bookmarked a variety of anime videos of prepubscent looking female children along with pedophile related videos.

In his description, he calls himself a "girllover" and "childlover" advocate, his interests and hobbies include "childlove." Silent War is very active amongst the child rape advocacy circles, being also banned from Wikipedia and Blogspot already. If YouTube has any sense, we'll be able to add that company to the list soon.
Example #4: va1erio country aka Valerio
Easily the most disturbing of the four examples we're going to bring you. Valerio is a pedophile believed to be in his mid-fifties, he brags of volunteering with children in his visits to South America. He admits molesting multiple victims as well. And of course, he's on YouTube... heavily. He registered in July 2006, almost a year ago and he has wasted no time trying to get in contact with the underage users on that website.

First thing you'll notice is that he has subscribers and bookmarked videos. Literally, he is using the videos adults upload of minors around them as his personal "erotica." His subscriptions are mostly to videos uploaded by very young males or of very young males. However, most disturbingly is the following exchange which occurred on January 27th, 2007.
During it, he propositions a kid named Kegan to perform on webcam for him... on YouTube itself. Other minor males also have posted comments to his profile claiming that he hacked their accounts and has been harassing them. Of course, YouTube does nothing. It is unbelievable to us that literally, you can find known pedophile activists harassing and grooming underage children right out in the open on the website of a billion-dollar company.
Of course, the four accounts used as examples here and the dozens more out there are restricted by the "terms of use" laid out by YouTube themselves. However, they only lay out a process of making "copyright" complaints. Supposedly this is apparently the only important complaint those at YouTube will take seriously. Well, they also have a "press" contact email they have publicized.
Since YouTube doesn't list an email or phone contact for complaints of inappropriate activity (their only mechanism of noting inappropriate activity only exists for YouTube users and is very unreliable) then we'll just have to use the press contact. If you're outraged by the lax attitude displayed by YouTube in dealing with the usual suspects of child rape activism, we recommend you email Press@YouTube.com. Sure, you're probably not press, but that's what they get for not having a reliable means of reporting inappropriate activity.
Otherwise, please visit our forum community center where we will be organizing a campaign to contact their media content partners and advertisers.
Conditions for Removal from this category: YouTube needs to do more to monitor and restrict the activities of minors on their website, they also need to put in place a system to report pedophiles... and that's all after they confirm a policy to remove and report pedophile users of YouTube to begin with. Until they take these three steps, they will have to be listed as one of the most egregious Corporate Sex Offenders.
